Born in 1933, Attorney Frenette graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1954 with B.A. Following graduation he served in the 82nd Airborne Division and is a veteran of the Korean War. Following his tour of duty, Attorney Frenette entered law school at Boston University. He then graduted from Boston University Law with a J.D in 1959 and followed that with a L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University Law in 1961. Attorney Frenette has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1960. Over the past four decades he has concentrated his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Probate matters. Attorney Frenette served as an attorney for the City of Brockton for four years and was a consultant/mediator in the Massachusetts District Court. Mr. Frenette is deeply involved with the Old Colony YMCA as a fundraiser and board member and continues to donate great amounts of time and effort in supporting local area charities. Mr. Frenette is married and has two sons.
Born in 1950, Attorney Dukess is a 1973 graduate of CUNY Hunter College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then continued his education by graduating with a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College in 1976. Attorney Dukess has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1977. Following graduation he started his legal career with the then firm of “Keith, Reed, Wheatley, and Frenette.” Attorney Dukess has gained experience in a wide variety of legal subjects and has always emphasized Commercial Real Estate, including New Markets Tax Credit Financing, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation in his practice. Attorney Dukess currently sits on several non-profit boards and has long been an active member of the Bridgewater, MA Lions Club. Jeffrey Dukess is married with one child.
Born in 1955, Attorney Frenette is a graduate of Holy Cross College, receiving a degree in Economics in 1977. After graduating from college, Attorney Frenette embarked on a 12 year sales and marketing career with IBM Corporation and BMC Software where he held management positions that took him to Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, and Miami, FL. Attorney Frenette began practicing with “Wheatley, Frenette & Dukess” following his obtaining a Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law in 1992. Attorney Frenette is currently on the Board of Directors at HarborOne Credit Union and has been on the Board of Trustees at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital since 1999, having served as Chairman of the Board for three years. David is also an active member of the Old Colony YMCA and the Brockton Rotary Club. His practice experience covers a broad spectrum of law with a primary focus on Real Estate, Elder Care law, Estate Planning, and Business and Corporate law. Attorney Frenette is married and lives in Easton, MA.
Born in 1975, Attorney Warren is a 1998 graduate of Syracuse University having received his B.A. in Political Science, followed by a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 2007, where he was a New England Scholar. Following Admittance to the Massachusetts Bar, Mr. Warren began practicing with Frenette & Dukess. Prior to his career in law, Brent enjoyed a three-year career as a professional football player, playing with the New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, as well as several other teams, followed by several years of co-ownership in a family business. Brent is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and young daughter. Attorney Warren is a member of the Mass Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Rotary Club of Brockton. He also serves on the Board of Governors with the Old Colony YMCA and is a trustee for several non-profit organizations. Attorney Warren has a general law practice with a focus on Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, Estate Planning, and Business and Corporate law.
